Timely Delivery, Accurate Information, and Your Responsibility as a Buyer
At LaCharles Hair Co., we are committed to delivering your luxury hair products promptly and securely. To ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience, please read and understand the following policies:

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and require a signature upon delivery for your protection and ours.

We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of any hair appointments, events, or travel to allow for standard processing and unforeseen shipping delays.

Please note: Holidays, weekends, natural disasters, inclement weather, or carrier-related issues may cause delays, and such instances are outside of our control. These do not qualify as business days and will not result in refunded shipping fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once your order is processed, regardless of carrier delays.
Incorrect Addresses / Refused Shipments / Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to enter a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers.

Once an order has been shipped, any required address corrections will incur a carrier-imposed fee.

Refused, unclaimed, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.

If a shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the order to the correct address.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for refused packages.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, your package is in the custody of USPS or UPS.

If your tracking number shows delivery, but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately.

We will open a trace or investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 7–10 business days.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost or undeliverable, we will contact you to discuss possible resolutions, including reshipment or refund.

If the carrier cannot confirm loss or fails to resolve the claim, we cannot guarantee reimbursement, but we will assist you as much as possible through the process.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We take pride in meticulously inspecting every order prior to shipment to ensure consistency, authenticity, and excellence in every strand.
Because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstance. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and safety of our products for all customers.

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with texture once installed.
