LaCharles Hair Co. is committed to delivering premium, 100% raw virgin human hair sourced from individual donors. Each bundle is hand-selected and goes through a rigorous quality assurance process to ensure consistency, durability, and a luxurious finish. Our products are designed for longevity and natural beauty, with proper care extending their use beyond two years.
Due to the nature of our product—being sourced from real human donors—slight variations in color, texture, and curl pattern are expected. No two bundles will be exactly the same, which is the hallmark of authentic raw hair. By purchasing from LaCharles Hair Co., you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as a part of the product's unique identity.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, PayPal.

Upon submission, your card will be charged immediately.

All customers must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for credit card fraud and unauthorized transactions. Any fraudulent activity will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
If your billing and shipping address do not match, your order may be flagged for Fraud Verification, which can delay your shipment until we are able to confirm your identity and payment method.
Orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once payment is completed.

Product Pricing

Prices are confirmed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

We do not offer price adjustments on previously placed orders.

Coupon codes must be applied at checkout. Codes cannot be retroactively applied to orders that have already been submitted.

Bundle deals and promotional pricing must be selected before checkout. Once your order is placed, we cannot add discounts or apply special pricing.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales, holidays, or peak promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

Shipping Timeframe

Once processed, orders ship via UPS or USPS within 1–4 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country's postal service.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are not controlled or covered by LaCharles Hair Co.

Refused international packages due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.

Shipping Policy & Delivery Confirmation

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

Orders over $230 are shipped with Restricted Delivery, requiring the named recipient to be present to sign.

If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be held at the local post office for up to two weeks before being returned to sender.

Failed Deliveries, Incorrect Addresses, & Refused Shipments

Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate, including apartment or suite numbers.

LaCharles Hair Co. is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Any package returned to us for these reasons will require an additional reshipping fee, and no refund will be issued.

Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned shipments are non-refundable.
If any corrections are required after the shipment has been processed, you will be responsible for any carrier-imposed correction fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows issues or non-delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.

We will initiate a claim with USPS or UPS, which can take 7–10 business days to complete.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will discuss options for reshipment or store credit.

If the carrier does not confirm loss, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Every order is meticulously inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our luxury quality standards. We do not accept returns or issue refunds due to:

In the rare event of an order issue, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos and a detailed explanation. While all sales remain final, we are committed to offering exceptional service and will review your concern on a case-by-case basis.

Our virgin hair is sourced from individual donors, which means no two bundles will be identical. You may notice variations in:

These differences are natural and part of the beauty of raw, unprocessed human hair. We do not guarantee identical bundles, but we do guarantee quality.

Color Disclaimer
Our raw hair is typically in natural 1B (off-black/natural brown) tones and is unprocessed, making it perfect for professional coloring.
While our hair holds color beautifully, we strongly recommend having all chemical treatments performed by a licensed professional.
Please note:

Altering the hair in any way (bleaching, dyeing, lifting) can change its texture.

Once the hair is chemically altered, LaCharles Hair Co. is not responsible for the results.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for dissatisfaction following chemical modification.

Hair Care & Installation Guidelines
To get the most out of your LaCharles Hair, we recommend the following care routine:
Before Installation:

Gently shampoo and condition the hair using sulfate-free products.

Rinse with lukewarm water.

Do not massage or tangle the hair while washing.

Gently comb from ends to root using a wide-tooth comb.

Air dry the hair—do not rub or twist with a towel.
During Installation:

Avoid applying conditioner near the weft or track area.

Do not cut the wefts unless absolutely necessary to prevent shedding.

Use a licensed stylist familiar with raw hair for best results.
After Installation:

Keep the hair hydrated with lightweight, alcohol-free products.

Avoid heavy oils or silicone-based products.
-
Gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush daily.
